MAINTENANCE SERVICE AGREEMENTS
Maintenance Agreements are strongly recommended by all companies and by all manufacturers. In fact Manufacturer’s Warranties may be voided if their equipment is not properly maintained. Think about this, no maintenance done on your car…. It most definitely would not keep running safely would it? Your heating and cooling system is the most costly appliance in your home, your family’s health may very well be affected if the equipment does not perform efficiently and safely. Shouldn’t it be maintained properly???

Seasonal Maintenance Service Clean & Checks
(as they apply to your particular equipment)

Clean outside coil
Clean inside coil
Clean indoor blower assembly
Lubricate motors (as required)
Visually inspect and tighten electrical connectors
Clean or replace air filters
Clean and treat condensate drains
Check duct system for air leaks
Record system refrigerant pressures/temperatures
Add up to 1lb. of refrigerant if required
Test auxiliary heaters if installed
Test defrost controls
Record indoor air temperatures
Clean and calibrate thermostat
Check oil pump pressure
Adjust combustion air
Adjust electrodes
Clean heat exchanger
Inspect heat exchanger for deterioration
Clean and inspect burner assemblies

DISCOUNTS: (15%) On all parts and labor for repairs.

SEASONAL MAINTENANCE: Spring/summer and fall/winter clean and check to maintain your comfort system.

LOWER UTILITIES: Properly maintained heating and cooling equipment has a lower operating cost than non-maintained equipment, saving you money.

EMERGENCY SERVICE: At a discounted rate.

PRIORITY SERVICE: Your call will be given priority over those customers that do not have a Service Agreement.

INCREASED COMFORT: Properly maintained equipment cools better, heats better and dehumidifies better.

PROVIDES DOCUMENTATION: You will have a record of maintenance on your heating/cooling equipment, (showing it has been kept in good condition). Important documentation, should you decide to sell your home.
